All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect, process, or store payment card details.
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order for stock, payment, fraud prevention, compliance, pricing, or operational reasons. Any cancelled order will receive an appropriate refund where applicable.

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is lost or arrives damaged, customers should contact us within five (5) days of delivery confirmation.
